About Us

When I was pregnant with my first baby, I longed for more than just movement — I craved a way to feel at home in my changing body and connected to the little life growing inside me. After birth, in the thick of postpartum, I needed a place to rest, to reset, and to feel like me again. I needed movement that met me where I was, and practices that helped calm the chaos within.

That’s how Happy Place Mama was born.

HPM is a safe, gentle space offering self-paced, on-demand movement and mindfulness for every phase of motherhood — from pregnancy to postpartum and well beyond. It’s here for the days when you need to move, the moments when you need to breathe, and every season in between
